The Río Intag ground coffee comes from the Imbabura province in Ecuador. It isn't available in large volumes, but its quality makes up for it. Its unique characteristics make it a ‘soft" coffee. This Café Vélez version has the perfect balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness.

This 72% chocolate bar was inspired in a famous Ecuadorian beverage called Rosero. This drink, whose name is probably derived from the rose-water used in its production, is brewed through a combination of various ingredients, chief among them being lemon juice.

The lemon verbena is a plant native of South America, introduced to Europe in the 17th century, it has several healing properties. Cedron is rich in antioxidants, being especially useful to prevent muscle damage caused by exercise.
